TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR FORM.
email for sending the art file
discord/email for contact, updates, and invoice
visual references
Larger commissions, such as designs and animation, require contact. I will give rough passes via discord. The work is complete once I am given the written or verbal ok to draw out the final render. I do not do any revisions/refunds past the sketch phase.
CAN DO
humans/anthros
robots/mechs
background work
suggestive themes
gore
character/prop design
animations/stream assets
WON'T DO
genitalia/nsfw
fetish/hateful content
overly detailed designs/sci-fi
any refunds/revisions non quote based work
NFTs
crypto/paypal payments
I have the right to decline clients for whatever reason.
PAYMENTS
ALL PAYMENTS are processed through STRIPE INVOICE
tips are accepted via KO-FI
quotes are based on complexity and processing fees
prices are given in USD
REVISIONS AND REFUNDS
Minor revision work is ok. I give rough passes before the final payment, adding onto my workload with last minute changes goes against our invoice agreement. For this reason I do not process any sort of revisions/refunding past the sketch phase. Please respect artists and our time.Any major revisions that go against the original agreement can be added and charged separately via STRIPE invoice. You may request a refund if your commission is
a personal quote given via stripe invoice
in sketch and/or pre-lineart phase
If you meet both of those requirements, you will be refunded 50% of your payment. This does not include loss via processing fees. Thank you.
USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All use of my artwork is personal. Credit is required to be given somewhere in your bio/twitch panels for use of my asset/design work.I do not give permission for my artwork to be resold in any shape or form. such as
crypto/nft/phishing scams
merchandising/printing
reselling designs, etc
Commission work meant to be sold as merch needs to be specified. I will charge a merch/printing fee as I see fit.
VGEN AND KO-FI PRODUCTS
3rd party shops and widgets such as Vgen, Stripe and Ko-fi products, are a fixed price. They do not include revisions, updates, or any form of contact with me. They are simply an alternate option for clients who may
prefer payments not covered by stripe invoice
do not care for revisions/specific work
be unable to use stripe from region locks
If it isn't a personal invoice we discussed over, it is most likely a product page with a checkout function. I cannot offer the extra time and effort clients request outside my stripe invoices. For this reason 3rd party commissions DO NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
revisions/edits of any kind
multiple exports
deadlines
any off model/original YCH bases
FAQ
Do I need a stripe account?
>>No just a card and email for me to bill. You pay when you are ready!Where can I tip you?
>>on Ko-fi !I'd like to commission something that isn't listed...
>>You are free to fill the form or contact me for any freelance work. I'd be happy to help if time/money isn't an issue! Why do I pay extra for revisions?
>> I give rough passes before the final payment, adding onto my workload with last minute changes goes against our invoice agreement. You are paying for making me work overtime. Why is KO-FI/VGEN more expensive?
>> To combat the extra processing fees. Why can't I request revisions for stripe products, ko-fi items, and vgen?
>> Separate widgets and services all have different fees and legal terms. It's easier (and cheaper) to directly consult me for work. I can offer better, more direct service with a few perks such as minor revisions via quote based work. What are payment plans like?
>>If your quote is over 500USD, you are more than welcome to request a separate invoice. I will only complete once fully paid. I do not offer refunds for incomplete payments, so have your final choice/funds ready. Why refuse my commission?
>>Every artist has a right to. There may just be time constraints or subject matter I may not be confident in committing to.When can I expect a quote?
>>I try to respond within a week. Filling the google form keeps all our information in one place for me. Thank you for your patience. If there is a strict deadline, feel free to ping me on my discord. What's on your PATREON/KO-FI?
>>Early access work, behind the scenes, lore dumps, polls and tutorials. It's the main place to support my animations and PATCHWORK. It helps me greatly to be a fulltime creator. What programs do you use?
>Clip studio/Blender - animation/art
>OBS/VSeeFace - streaming
>Old Wacom graphics tablet - it's old
>Davinci Resolve - video editing
